Assignment: the Conflict of Russia and the Ukraine

The six keywords

1. take over (phrasal verb) 接管

: to assume control or possession of or responsibility for

- Military leaders took over the government.

2. rush (verb) 趕緊

: to move forward, progress, or act with haste or eagerness or without preparation

- It's almost begin, let's rush before we are too late.

3. dominate (verb) 支配

: to rule, control

- An empire that dominated the world.

4. ring out (phrasal verb) 響起來

: to be heard loudly and clearly

- The sound of the horn rang out.

5. resolve (verb) 解決

: to deal with successfully

- Let's resolve this problem quickly.

6. sanction (noun) 制裁

: the penalty to a violation of a law

- The sanctions prohibit you to harm other.

What could the world or other countries do to help Ukraine and its people?

The simplest answer would be to donate foods, water or other resources to help Ukraine, it may not help ending the conflict, but it at least help Ukraine to keep on going for longer. The other way that could work is to cut away the trade between Russia and us countries, in hope that Russia would run out of juice to keep on assaulting.
